Here is a yummy healthy, end-of-the rainbow smoothie
that I made for this St. Patrick's Day,

**Green Pot O' Gold Smoothie**

Makes 1 Serving
**Ingredients:**
Please use organic!
- 1 cup cashew milk\* (or nut milk of choice)
- 2 handfuls of spinach
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp hemp seeds
- 1 tbsp chia seeds (I use white chia seeds)
- 2 drops of peppermint essential oil
- 1/4 avocado
- 1 scoop collagen powder (or rice protein powder)
- 2 tbsp fresh peppermint leaves
- a few drops of stevia or sweetener of choice
- 1/2 cup water in cold weather or four large ice cubes in warm weather
- 1 tbls raw cacao nibs
**Topping:**
- Raw Cacao Nibs
- A-bit-o-gold: Bee Pollen
**Directions**
1. Blend all ingredients with the exception of the cacao nibs.
2. Once blended add in the tablespoon of cacao nibs and pulse a couple of time to distribute them evenly.
3. Pour into a glass and top it off with a sprinkle of cacao nibs & golden bee pollen.
4. Enjoy!
**\*Cashew Milk: to make one cup:**
- 1/3 cup raw, organic cashews
- 1 cup of water
1. blend in your blender, starting low then moving to high, until smooth, creamy, and frothy!

Labyrinths provide us with a path to practice change. Some labyrinths have withstood the passage of time for thousands of years. Others are here for just an afternoon, drawn in the sand at the edge of the ocean. Many modern labyrinths were meant to last for years, but because of unforeseen circumstances their time is shorter than intended. And they once again help us to practice letting go and giving thanks for the time they are with us. The Labyrinth of Life at the Sebastopol, California Teen Center reached such place of letting go and is at the end of one chapter and the beginning of another chapter that is yet unknown.

Sometimes... a labyrinth can take years to become a physical reality. In 2018 I met with my friend Deb, to discuss her desire to have a labyrinth on the beautiful land she lives on. Despite our plans and several meetings, listening to the land and finding the right spot, the labyrinth did not come to fruition. Fast-forward five years and in the blink of an eye... it happened!
