One of my greatest joys is when someone sends me a photo of the Santa Rosa Labyrinth they have created. I love seeing their own creative expression of the design and their connection with the land.
André Baltimore of San Miguel de Allende, Guanajuato, Mexico recently sent me this photograph of his newly constructed labyrinth beneath the beautiful expansive sky of this mountainous land.
He had the desire to create this labyrinth for some years and finally did so. The labyrinth is constructed with colored concrete cubes for the lines, sand for the paths, field rock around the edges and a handmade ceramic tile mandala at the center.
San Miguel de Allende is one of my favorite places on all the earth. I love knowing that this beautiful labyrinth brings beauty, wonder, and connection to this very special place, to those who visit it and to those of us who get to view this work of the heart by André!
Please note that this labyrinth does not have public access.
